Returns, Replacements & Refunds

1. 14-Day Return / Replacement Window

If you don’t love what you ordered, you may request a return or replacement within 14 days from the date of dispatch shown in your shipping confirmation. No questions asked (subject to product condition - see below).

2. Eligible Return Conditions

Products must be:

  • Unused or lightly handled (try-on / visual inspection acceptable);
  • Returned in original packaging, including inserts, sleeves, cushioning, and any free gifts or bundled items;
  • Free from odors, stains, or damage not caused in transit.

3. Ineligible Items

In special cases: made-to-order designs, custom-engraved goods, clearance items, consumables, hygiene-sensitive items - are non-returnable

4. Return Process (Doorstep Pickup Where Available)

  1. Submit a return/replacement request via the “Request Return” link on the Site or email info.sales@visionintl.in with your order number.
  2. We’ll arrange a free pickup from your address where courier partners allow. In remote areas, we may ask you to self-ship and reimburse standard ground shipping (retain receipt).
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging to avoid damage in return transit.

5. Inspection & Approval

Once the returned product reaches us, we inspect it within ~3 business days. If approved for exchange, we process a replacement order. If approved for refund, we issue store credit (Section 25).

6. Refund Method - Store Credit

Approved refunds are provided as Vision International Store Credit, valid for 90 days from date of issue. Store credit can be applied toward any future purchase on the Site (subject to system capabilities). We do not routinely issue cash refunds unless required by law or if a product cannot be replaced and store credit is refused.

7. Replacement Timelines

After approval, replacement items are shipped as soon as stock is available. Typical delivery: up to 10 business days (PIN-code dependent) after we dispatch the replacement.

8. Damaged Returns

If products are damaged while being returned to us due to insufficient packaging or mishandling, we may reduce the store credit by the value of the damaged items. Please pack carefully - reuse the original packaging.
