Shipping and Delivery

1. Service Area

We currently ship Pan India. If any PIN codes are temporarily unserviceable, we will notify you or issue a refund/store credit for undeliverable orders.

2. Dispatch Timelines

Most in-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Dispatch timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Transit & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery is 4–8 business days from dispatch, depending on destination PIN code and carrier performance. Paid orders to Mumbai addresses typically deliver within ~3 business days from dispatch, subject to courier serviceability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders with a cart value of ₹5,000 or above
  • Orders below ₹5,000 attract a shipping fee shown at checkout.
  • Bulk / heavy / fragile consignments: shipping or freight charges are quoted separately once you enquire; these must be approved before dispatch.

5. Tracking & Notifications

You will receive shipment tracking details by email (and/or SMS/WhatsApp if enabled) once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier’s tracking system to reflect movement.

6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

Couriers typically attempt delivery more than once. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, repeated failed attempts, or refusal, it may be returned to us. Reshipment charges may apply. If you prefer a refund/store credit instead, we will deduct applicable shipping and return freight.

7. Risk of Loss & Title

Title and risk of loss generally pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. However, where damage occurs in transit before delivery, our Safe Delivery Guarantee (Section 18) applies.

8. Safe Delivery Guarantee (Transit Damage Protection)

If any item arrives damaged, broken, or unusable due to transit damage:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product(s) and outer/inner packaging.
  2. Email the photos along with your order number to: info.sales@visionintl.in (or use the return/replacement link on the Site).
  3. Report damage within a reasonable period after delivery (recommend within 72 hours for best service; we will assist beyond that where possible).
  4. After validation, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a substitute, store credit, or refund.

9. Store Pickup (If Offered)

If you choose to collect products in person (store pickup), our Safe Delivery Guarantee for transit breakage does not apply once items are handed over in good condition at the pickup location. Please inspect items at pickup.
