If you do not agree to all Website Conditions, you must stop using the Site immediately.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order is submitted) and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If your order is cancelled after payment, we will issue a refund or store credit.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, all prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices, MRPs, promotional offers, and discounts are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes (including GST, where relevant) will be displayed at checkout. Pricing shown online may differ from in-store pricing.

7. Order Acceptance & Contract Formation

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products selected. We may accept, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment authorization failure. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email and process payment successfully (or otherwise indicate acceptance, such as by dispatching the goods).

8. User Commitment to Complete Orders

By clicking to confirm or accept a purchase on the Site, you agree to complete the transaction and arrange valid payment. Please do not place “test,” fake, speculative, or non-serious orders. We may suspend or cancel accounts that repeatedly place non-genuine orders.

9. Payment Methods & Fraud Prevention

You must use only your own credit/debit card, UPI ID, or payment account unless you have the rightful authority to use someone else’s (e.g., corporate account with permission). Vision International is not liable for unauthorized or fraudulent card use. Any dispute arising from fraudulent use is solely between you and your financial institution; you bear the burden of proving that a transaction was unauthorized.

We use secure server technology and industry-standard encryption protocols (including SSL) to help protect sensitive payment data transmitted during checkout. Nevertheless, no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure; by using the Site, you accept this inherent risk.
